The Have, gig pics

As you would have guessed by now, I have bit of a passion for B&W photography so thought I would do the gig pics in black and white, trying to recreate that look of the late 70s early 80s, when bands produced a raw energy with their music.

I feel these pics show the essence of the band, their youth, energy and power, they actually take me back to the days of watching gigs in UK pubs and reading NME rag.

Hi Heath! Very well done; I always prefer b/w for shots of people too. It just seems to give people more character and focuses on faces and forms rather than colors.

What, no drummer pics?

Thanks for your comments and that could be why I am drawn to b&w as it does tend to focus your attention on the subject rather than getting distracted by colour.
Wasn't the right spot to get the drummer , will try better next time
