The Good, The Bad and the Ugly

Hi everyone
A cold wet day in Christchurch, brrrrr not nice although the gardens needed it. Now incase you are wondering about the title, well thought I would chuck in a movie quote from time to time, so this is the first.
Tuco: God is on our side because he hates the Yanks!
Blondie: God is not on our side because he hates idiots also.
Anyway what else? Paper full of the same old thing, article about how children shouldn't be left alone with dogs, well I would have thought thats obvious but there you go, lets see what else there is? Oh yes a judge has added his voice about how unsafe Chch streets are at night, I guess some of this might be true although if you think it's bad here, you should try the UK, where one of the biggest causes for getting beaten up is 'You looking at me?' Where in fact you could just be looking across the road at a takeaway bar or something? England does have alot of gormless halfwitts in these average towns who do nothing more than start fights in bars and on the streets, pretty sad really.
There has been some interesting reports about the giant squid that was caught recently and how excited everyone is about etc, Me? I'd rather it hadn't been caught and was still doing what ever giant squid do in the deep depths of the oceans. It was caught in the Ross Sea just off Antartica and Sperm whales have been caught with evidence of encounters with these strange and mysterious creatures. I recall Captain Nemo was attacked by one in the movie and book 20,000 leagues under the sea.
Been giving what to do about my blogs some serious thought as in the beginning I thought it would be a good idea to have different blogs for diffrent topics but as it seems to be a bit tricky for some people to be able to link in to all of them, I am thinking of putting them all onto my main Conversations from NZ blog? Hhmmmmmm don't know but it would increase my hits instead of splitting them between 3? Any ideas then let me know.
Just got myself a digital camera and set up a flicker account, so expect to start seeing quite a few photos on here as got a few ideas in my mind.
