Take time to feed the ducks
May 13th 2007 06:41
Hi everyone
Now you might just be wondering about the title? Well I always seem to end up with lots of crusts from bread in bags, so decided on the way home from work to stop at the local river.
Christchurch has the Avon river that winds through its suburbs, so you are never too far away from it and it is quite relaxing on a nice day to chill and sit back whilst doing something as simple as feeding the ducks.
Sometimes you just have to take 10 mins out of a busy day and just relax for a while.

beautiful pictures, very serene and peaceful...
We have a set of small lakes here called Santee Lakes, and there are set into a beautifull green state park setting..
Although certainly not as pretty as the Avon, I like to go there sometimes and feed the ducks myslef! LOL
They can be greedy buggers though...
Take care,
Nick
