Fred Flintstones car taken for a joyride so report Bedrock Police
February 25th 2007 07:45
As reported in the Bedrock Chronicle
In the early hours of Sunday morning, Mr Flintstone had his Oakwood 500 coupe stolen from outside his house. There had been reports filtering through to police in the early hours of young joyriders dragging the main strip, police did enter into a pursuit but one of the officers lost traction control when he dropped a doughnut and then trod on it allowing the offenders to get away.
The coupe was later found dumped on the side of the road after colliding with a T-Rex.
Mr Flintstone was just pleased he was insured
Actually this is sitting outside a garden supplies shop along Bromly road I think, been there for years but was cycling past today and thought of this post.
