By now you would have all seen the news and the awful images unfolding.
I was at work on level 3 right opposite the CTV building and when the quake first hit, I thought 'Holy Crap, it's an 8! Jumping under my desk as everything shook like crazy. It appeared to eased off a bit so I got up and looked over to the CTV building as whenever there is a quake, the windows always wop in and out. Only this time as i was watching, the building collapsed right in front of me.
I can honestly say I thought our building was going to be next and it was pretty bad!! Took an 1.30 to get home too.
Last years quake was just annoying really but this has totally undone all the good work and also just smashed the city.
